http://charlottekingman.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 30, 2013. Project Life, Weeks 18 and 19. Some more Project Life pages for you! This week started out with a coupon lunch date at Mickey's in Paddington. YUM! We even ordered Jaimeson his own little tiny "slider" beef burger, which was perfectly sized for him! He normally just shares our lunches, but this was so cute and cute to see him eating off his own little plate of food! Hearts rising from head}. And dinner with Benny, including this $500 Lobster dish! Boy Jaimeson makes me laugh!

Thursday, October 10, 2013. Op Shop Adventure to the Campbelltown region. I don't know what you like to do on your day off, but around here, we like to go Treasure Hunting! AKA, OP SHOPPING! It has become more than a small outing to see if we can pick up some new favourite pieces, it has become an OBSESSION! We plan far-away drives to pinpoint a number of shops in a particular area and go get 'em! Chest bump} Can you believe it? No, me neither! But I couldn't find any! Then I thought something else might...

Thursday, November 14, 2013. Project Life, Weeks 24 and 25. Here are some more of my Project Life pages! I do love this WRMK page protector, the little square pockets at the top and bottom are perfect for Instagram pics (which I take A LOT of! Plus the middle section is good for those extra pics that can't fit anywhere else. I went to the Quilt and Craft show with Mum. Plus the middle section was good to fit in 4 pics of Jaimeson's swimming lessons, which I was super happy to get along to watch! I was so...
The Hours Between: By the pool, Disney Aulani Style!
http://charlottekingman.blogspot.com/2014/04/by-pool-disney-aulani-style.html
Thursday, April 17, 2014. By the pool, Disney Aulani Style! This time, around the pool at Aulani. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, the pool area at Aulai was AH-MAY-ZING! This is the Splash Park, called Menehune Bridge. It sprayed a fine mist, had tipping buckets, about 8 inches of water permanently on the ground that Jaimeson loved to slither around in, and it had a big tipping canoe that splashed water down over the bridges! And we loved the Lazy River! And here we are in the family pool!

We stayed in Hawaii for 10 nights, which is a great number of nights to stay, you can get heaps done as well as lots of relaxing! Aulani is the most expensive place we've ever stayed, but OH MY, it was fantastic! Let's dive in to luxury! Willy needed a...
The Hours Between: Waikiki!!
http://charlottekingman.blogspot.com/2014/04/waikiki.html
Saturday, April 19, 2014. The second part of our holiday was spent in Waikiki. Oh I love Hawaii! Have I mentioned that? Waikiki was way busier this time than I remember it ever being before. Partly because it was Spring Break in Hawaii, so there were holidayers, but there was also heaps more Japanese tourists than I've seen before! As soon as I step on to the sand and look up to see Diamond Head, I'm a happy lady! Flynn enjoyed swimming in Waikiki too! He's wearing the nappy shorts you bought him Mum!

Friday, July 19, 2013. Project Life, Weeks 12 and 13. Here are a couple more Project Life LOs for you! Week 12 LHS starts with a dinner Will cooked for us! I like including food pics in PL, both from cafes and from home. It's especially good for a week where you don't have many pics of activities. I had to include a pic of Garbage Day too, cos that's a big event around here. It's Jai's favourite day of the week and the Garbage Man even stops outside our house for an extra long time to wave at us! I start...
The Hours Between: Disney Character Breakfast at Aulani
http://charlottekingman.blogspot.com/2014/04/disney-character-breakfast-at-aulani.html
Friday, April 18, 2014. Disney Character Breakfast at Aulani. While we stayed at Disney's Aulani Resort in Hawaii, we went to the Character Buffet Breakfast one morning. You start out taking a pic with Mickey outside. Then move on to inside for the buffet, while Minnie and Goofy wandered around, taking pics! There was also "Aunty", a lady who wandered around singing and playing her Ukelele and getting the kids up to parade with Minnie with shakers and fish hand puppets! What a fun breakfast! By the pool,...

Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Special cards for Special People. I haven't posted any cards for a while! So here are a few of the recent cards I've made, for some very special people! This first one was for my niece Venice when she was born! For some reason I didn't take a pic of the card after. I stamped her name under the "Welcome" stamp. I had made a girl card and a boy card, waiting to see what flavour baby Alicia would have! I knew that Road-print Washi Tape would come in handy for BOy Cards! You know I l...

A Break from Arcadia | Looking for Signs of Urban Life
A Break from Arcadia. Looking for Signs of Urban Life. 10 Oklahoma City Thunder Run to the NBA Finals. March 4, 2013. On June 6, 2012, I walked into the Hooters in south Oklahoma City to what was apparently our designated table. My friend Mark greeted me with the curious phrase, I’m surprised you’re here. Of course I was. How could I miss it? More than a Diversion. I didn’t watch Manny Pacquiao fights so I could see two men beat each other. For its views of Santa Barbara or. Because I’m into wire-walking.

An early Sunday morning walk in the woods. May 14, 2015. Comments Off on An early Sunday morning walk in the woods. I’m sure this was another Al Humpheys inspired effort. I remember reading something about just spending more time outside, not neessarily going out camping or even havingto walk too far. The idea that I keep coming back to was to simply cook your dinner as normal, but to then dress for the weather and go and eat it outside in the garden. I did find that I got bored. Quickly. I gathered up m...
