Saturday, May 16, 2015. Somehow an entire school year has gone by for Baby Bub. Although Maddie is still technically the same age, she sure does look like a big girl now! And to compare, of course. Another thing I am grateful for is the fact they let the summer birthday children have an "unbirthday" day all to themselves. Monday, March 30, 2015. I did a Triathlon. In a very weird moment of (obvious) craziness last month, I decided to sign up to do a mini triathlon to help raise money for Avery's wonderful school. Saturday, May 24, 2014. Ugh I've had a house full of sickies this week! I took her in to see the doctor and they spied a right ear infection, which can apparently happen with a lingering cough, so sweet girl finally got some antibiotics! Maddie woke up Tuesday and I felt like her cough was even worse than usual, so I went ahead and called our insurance company to ask why it wasn't covered. Turns out it was! Just a total mistake! Woke up acting like her old self again, makes mommy and daddy so happy!

Monday, July 28, 2014. This past week was Avery's last of the school year. Today was my first full day home with both girls. The hub had a late meeting, so it was the girls and I from sun up to sun down and into bedtime. Technically, before sun up since Avery was up most of the night for unknown reasons! Wednesday, July 27, 2011. My big boy turned eight months old on July 11! We were in Colorado at the time and had a great family vacation there with his great-grandparents. What a luck kid to have GREAT grandparents AND GREAT-grandparents! Here are what have been the hightlights of this past month. Weight: 19 lbs. 15 oz. Height to come at 9 month appt. Out = out (usually accompanied by a hand motion and pointer finger). Mama = mama (used very sparingly and usually only in times of desperation!
