Aturday was the first day that felt like autumn was nearing and when it comes to cooking, it's hands down my favorite time of year to pull out all the stops. Saturday, January 22, 2011. January 21-22, 2011. My Grandparents had an out building collapse on their farm and we took the fam over to help with the clean up. What a clean up it turned out to be. We literally knocked down the buildings and went through it bit by bit. The buildings had been used to house storage for the last 40 years and my Grandpa wasn't very keen on getting rid of ANYTHING! It was an intervention. In the end, he did really good! This has nothing to do with the day, it was just cute!
