Sunday, December 12, 2010. Things on my mind. We finally were able to get our Christmas tree up. I’m very pleased,it looks really pretty. We listened to Christmas music while putting up the decorations. I love trying new recipes. Makes cooking fun. In the picture above I decided to make “Taco Bake” featured in Camille’s blog. Our house has nice hardwood floors in all the rooms except the bedrooms and bathrooms, but unfortunately the movers didn't understand the concept of moving pads and left some nice scratches in the floor when they moved us in last year. Imagine this, but ALL OVER. I knew there was going to be a period of time when we couldn't walk on the floors while it was drying, so I made sure to get it all done before X came home. Sunday, April 17, 2011. When The Murders All Began. Every Halloween some friends of mine get together for a "Murder Mystery Dinner". If you haven't ever been to a murder mystery party, basically everyone dresses up and acts like their assigned character, and you follow the mystery in a pseudo-scripted/-improved activity to discover who the murder is (sometimes you are the murderer and you don't even know it until the very end)! Sunday, April 10, 2011. Can you believe I've been married for SIX MONTHS already! I think its super crazy that its been that long. I feel like I've known him much longer then I have. I keep thinking about how we first met. If you can't remember your more then welcome to read about it here. He is the reason why I believe in soul mates. Dale and I have been talking about it for a while about the things that we have learned about being married. Here is what we came up with. Husband uses all the toilet paper.

Sunday, February 26, 2012. X taught our dog a new trick. It only took her 2 days to get it down! PS We finally named her "Rhys" (Reese). It's Welsh for "Dragon". Sunday, February 19, 2012. This is our new dining room set. We specifically bought a counter-height table so we would be able to get extra chairs to put along the island bar.
