Stopping at the store today I wandered its hallowed halls of health and puffed up marketing when I meandered into a stench that had my gag reflexes attempting to leave my body and run screaming down the produce section to the loading bay doors in the back of the store as a fast action escape plan. My gag reflexes failed. My nose wish that they would have succeeded and taken it with them. So what was so unbelievable gross as to make me wretch?

Because acronyms are evil. So… what can I say about myself. I am a youthful, middle aged woman who lives in the US with her husband and three cats. If that isn’t a recipe for ‘crazy lady’, I am not sure what is. I am not overly thrilled with the idea of middle age, but than again I cannot say that I am not thrilled.
