Make it healthier… so you can eat more. A Dash of Health. Recipe Goodness #2 Indian Chicken Curry (aka the ICC). On May 17, 2011. The ICC: Indian Chicken Curry. A modification from All Recipes. Feeds 4-6 people or 2-3 hungry college kids. 4 lbs of Thighs(skinned) or 3 lbs of Chicken Breasts(skinned). 1 small onion, chopped. 1 teaspoon of cumin grounded. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 7 tablespoons curry powder. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root. 3/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric.
