When I first signed up to take Introduction to Digital Media, I thought it sounded like an interesting topic and something I might be interested in. I am a business major, so I took this class as an elective and because I wanted to. As it turns out, this was my favorite class of the semester and one of my favorites that I’ve taken in my three and a half year college life. I love a good crockpot recipe so I thought I'd share. 1 pound shredded, cooked chicken. 1 (15 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, mashed. 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce. 1 medium onion, chopped. 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 (145 ounce) can chicken broth 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder.
