Lagi kisah yg aku rasa antara cerita menarik. Dlm kehidupan aku as a student UiTM and aku nak dikongsikan dgn korunk sume. Kalu korunk student UiTM mesti korunk familiar dgn modul every semester kan? So, utk sem nie kitorg dak3. Xterkecuali utk terlibat dgn prorgam modul nie sehari suntuk dr kol 8pg smpai 2ptg smlm. Mula2 aku rasa terpaksa. R nak g modul nie sbb time cuti2 nie kene bangun awal plak kan. Tema modul kali nie ialah PENGURUSAN ORGANISASI. Kitorg dibahagikan kpd 2 geng. satu nama KUMPULAN.

Venue=umah sewa pantai dlm. Lama dah xupdate blog! Masok hari nie sudah 1bulan 5hari kami berparktikal di CONCORDE KL. Dah 2departmen kitchen aku masok, melting pot (coffee house) and cold kitchen. Classical Pastry, dear pastillage. Second klass tok classical pastry,. Not badla, besh3. Hmm, rini blaja PASTILLAGE. Method die mudah jer,. Gelatin campur dgn air sejuk, biarkan kembang kejap. Cairkan gelatin atas air panas, (double boiling method). Just all in one method,. Senang citer campur je sume sekali dalam mixer. Kemudian, decorate sugar dough tue mengikut kreativiti masing2.
