Time to pull out the old pad and pen and get down to the resolution business! 1 I will not beat my child with a pringles. Saw that yesterday at Walmart. Must have been the post holiday stress sindrum. 2 I will try and eat less of the bad stuff.need to buy some earplugs for when it starts calling my name! 3 I will try and exercise.
