The Sims Family: March 2015
http://thesimsfamilywv.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 1, 2015. We had so many fun things happen these past few weeks. The monster truck jam came to town so we had to bring Payton of course! Then we actually had a full weekend of "warm" weather. (maybe in the 40s) so we took advantage and stayed out in the sun all day! The only complaint we have about WV (and probably only because we are from Texas) Is that their winters just last forever! Payton loved the monster trucks. Unfortunately he was scared for life. Mid sentence. haha. We love our new...

Just another day in paradise...: First Grade!
http://ourfamilyparadise.blogspot.com/2015/07/first-grade.html
Just another day in paradise. Tuesday, July 28, 2015. This school year was amazing. We switched schools before first grade so we were unsure what it would be like. Em is also doing the Chinese Dual Immersion program where she spends half of her day hearing and speaking nothing but Chinese and the other half of her day in English. We were unsure how THAT would be! But Emily ended the year with 100% on every single spelling test the whole year! Her teachers use this behavior tracking app called "Class Dojo...

The Sims Family: February 2014
http://thesimsfamilywv.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 19, 2014. I don't know if I am alone on this but January seems like the longest month ever! Anyways, here are a few pictures we took at home. I wish we would have taken a lot more but we were just to focused on enjoying our time there. On the second night at my Granny's house we all ended up matching by accident! I mean how likely is it for three guys to show up wearing the EXACT same shirt and all the wives to be in A&M wear! It was definitely a kodak moment! I won't even get. Like I...

The Sims Family: March 2014
http://thesimsfamilywv.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 30, 2014. I call it March Madness because thats all this month was. Haha. We did nothing in particular, but stayed busy at all times. March was a great month but it went by way to fast! The only reason I am happy for this month to be over is to say good-bye to the snow! At some point during this month we had a family barbecue with some people from church and Payton took his first turn on a see-saw. And if you can't tell from the picture he absolutely loved it! And for the ones that turn out...

The Sims Family: April 2014
http://thesimsfamilywv.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 12, 2014. Today was so much fun and I took so many pictures I just couldn't wait to write about it! One of the girls from church hosts an annual Easter egg hunt at her complex on the playground. Everyone just brings food and eggs and watches the kids go crazy. It was so much fun! Working 40 hrs a week keeps me pretty secluded from all the mommy events and playgroups, so I love being able to attend stuff like this! Anyway, Payton is obsessed with swings! Look at all that hair he's getting!
