Keeping House: May 2015
http://keeping-house.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Joyfully following Jesus and Making Home Happy. When my baby was 2-1/2 years old, my old job called to see if I could fill in for two and one-half weeks while someone was on vacation. Lured by the easy money, I readily agreed. I was to begin on a Wednesday, so my DH took off Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I left a full fridge, no dirty laundry, and a sparkling clean home. I was gone 10 hours. I came home to dinner and a clean home, happy to see baby and daddy. As soon as I got home I felt exhausted....

Joyfully following Jesus and Making Home Happy. Lucky Mrs. Hen - Lucky Mrs. ME! When I was growing up there was a book in our church library that I loved to check out. It had 365 short stories and poems. And my favorite one was Lucky Mrs. Hen. Page 77). I had even copied down the end of the story on a postcard, and practically memorized it. Out came the sun! The story ends… She waved good-by, and without a care in the world she went off to have her picnic in the beautiful, sun-shiney, springtime wo...

http://shoestringelagance.blogspot.com/2015/06/time-for-new-adventure.html
Thursday, June 4. Time for a New Adventure! I have some news that I want to share with you today. You may also remember, that I rent this cute little house. Two weeks ago, I received a letter from the owner, letting me know that my journey, here, at this little house almost is over. They have decided to sell the property and have served me with a 60-day notice to relinquish my little house to them. One of my favorite verses that has lifted me through so much in my life is:.
