Sunday, January 1, 2012. It's finally here, 2012! Time to say goodbye to 2011, although it had it's share of good memories and fun times, it's a year I'm happy to see the end of. Every year I draw up a list of about 20 New Year's Resolutions, but this year I'm cutting down the list to something more manageable. What 2011 taught me:. 1 Sometimes if something seems too good to be true - it really is. 2 No one is going to remember you for working yourself to death. 3 Often, you're your own worst enemy.

Granted, I have an Edgars card which I shouldn't be using and I'm sure there are cheaper products out there, but I was always told to spend more on your face - it will help you in the long run. After all the madness of the 'silly season', it's hard to believe that today's already the 28th of December and that Christmas day, a day that retailers have been promoting non-stop since mid September already, has all but come and gone too quickly. Someone posted a status on Facebook recently that read, " What does Christmas mean to you? And it got me thinking. My answer to that question is simple. It's family. Though a simple procedure, it definently was a wake up call.
