Greyhound Racing in Victoria. Looking for a Trainer. Greyhound Health and Training Tips. The Annual General Meeting of the GOTBA is usually held on the last weekend in November at Sandown Greyhound Racing Club. New Committee Members are elected at the AGM but to be eligible, a nominator must be a current financial member of GOTBA with a minimum of 12 months membership. Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM but non-members must apply for membership and pay the joining fee on the night.
