My mom and stepdad took the kids and I to a local church for an Easter egg hunt and bounce house and balloon animals. It was a lot of fun! Ryan had a meeting at the Boy Scout office so he couldn't make it. The kids posing before the big hunt! Brandon's eggs were very difficult to find, while Blaine climbed fences for his eggs. Tuesday, July 24, 2012. 1 Following Blaine's birthday our house has been full of magic. Blaine received a trunk full of magician goodies and it couldn't have been a more prefect gift for him. 2 For Blaine's birthday breakfast he chose to go eat donuts. 3 Sunday at church Blaine spelled the phrase I can talk to God all on his own, without seeing the words spelled out! Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Tuesday 10, already? WOW, the past week flew by and, funny enough, the list of to-do activities I posted at the bottom of last week's never happened, except for swimming. 1 We joined my best friend Sarah at the library last week for a presentation by the OKC Zoo. The naturalist brought a Screech Owl. It was a nice program that all 4 of my kids enjoyed. G in a headlock by B2 = entertainment for the girl in front. The kids enjoyed the show but enjoyed getting books just as much.

Thursday, August 30, 2012. I have battled a cold this week like I haven't had in a long time and with Ryan out of town, I am single parenting it.
