I am only 12 weeks pregnant and I suppose as time goes on running may turn into walking but I am giving myself a big old pat on the back for running through the nausea. Oh the nausea. Now I have a question To have a doula or to not have a doula. Long story (which I will probably share later) short I have pretty much decided I want to have a doula for this pregnancy. Anyone with experience using a doula? Any specifics I should ask or know? A whole lot of nothing.
