Reblooming, or remontant, irises bloom in the Spring and again in the same growing season. The Reblooming Iris Society has classified these irises according to five distinguishable behavior patterns. Cultivars which complete two distinct cycles of bloom i.e. after spring flowering there is a second nearly predictable period of bloom.
