A Journey At Sea. Just another WordPress.com weblog. Archive for November, 2008. November 26, 2008. I haven’t written for a while for a lot of reasons, mostly time constraints with jobs, school, and racking up the mileage on my vehicle with travel all over the northeast. On Friday, I will drive to Vermont and spend the weekend celebrating my delayed day with my real family. My two older grandaughters will be in New Jersey and I will definetly see them before Christmas because they are close.

Today I read in the Yahoo news bar that the disbanded band Phish is re-uniting for a (drugfest) I mean concert next spring. Not the best news for parents who value the sanity and direction of their teens well-being. “The sunny side of the street is dark”….Jerry. Do I love music? Live for it really! Do I love a good concert especially after a couple glasses of wine? Was I just a bit of a hippy?

Friday, July 31, 2009. I don't know what to do. So I am asking all to pray. My Niece was just diagnosed with neoplastic osteosarcoma of her femur. We are so very scared and devastated. Friday, July 31, 2009. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Taking a small break again. Well I will be off to the hospital again. This time to repair a decent size incisional hernia from the surgery in March. I have to say this is getting to be a drag. Hope to update the blog a bit more frequently when I get home. Talk to ya soon!
