Friday, 15 May 2015. وصفات الكيك أنواع اخرى. وصفات الغداء كبة بانواعها. بطاطا مسلوقة ومقشرة اقل من نصف كيلو تقريبآ 400 غرام. ملح كركم قيمة لحم مثروم مطبوخة (كيلو لحم عجل كامل من القصاب بدون شحم او ليه). يغسل الرز بالماء العادي وينقع. يوضع الماء في القدر على النار وملعقة كوب ملح لكل كوب من الرز تذوب بالماء ولما يغلي نسقط عليه الرز ويترك مع التحريك المستمر وحتى نختبر حبة الرز تكون لاهي بالقوية ولاهي باللينة نقوم بتصفية او بزل الرز. يوضع الرز بالقدر على نار هادئة ليتهدر فترة من الوقت.
