It has been a lot of fun sorting through them! Amongst the rubble I found a (somewhat vague) pattern for knitted Christmas bells. In fact, I found the same exact pattern FOUR TIMES. I guess my mom really liked it! I knit one and it is super cute, quick and easy. Use any needle and yarn. Row 1: Knit 10, purl 4.

Knit one, purl two, pick up a stitch, that's all you do! Monday, October 20, 2008. Well, actually, I crocheted. 6 tiny scarves in an attempt to finish a little girl's stocking before Christmas. Just an I-Cord and two snowmen and it's all ready to go. I actually knit it 2 years ago, but Baby 2 ended up being a boy and pink was not acceptable on his stocking! Thankfully, Baby 3 is a girl and she is the lucky recipient of this pretty piece. And now I'm thinking of whipping up a tiny newborn santa hat.

One of my many reasons is that I don't have my camera cord to download pictures to the computer. So all the pictures I have are taken with my phone. Monday, April 30, 2007. Knitting content for me! Vanesa, great job on your sock! I, too, am working on a pair of socks. Just got the first sock done this evening and the second one is almost to the end of the toe increases (I knit mine toe up). I belong to the Sock A Month 3 KAL. But have been neglecting my knitting in order to crochet on my ripple afghans. And fat bottom bags. It sure was nice to knit again, but I'm really racing to beat the clock on this one as the mate is due tomorrow! Have a nice day!

Friday, December 28, 2007. Big Monster's New Hat. I haven't shared any knitting in a while and since I have a few minutes to myself I thought I'd show off my new design. My son's new Chunky Ribby Beanie. The decreases are done in a way to keep the integrity of the rib all the way to the top. Turned out very nice. I finished it around the first of February, but unfortunately I haven't had a chance to take a picture of it yet.
