Each lesson will last between 2.5 and 3 hours. The lesson will start off by verbal instructions, followed by practical hands on preparation and tasting. Please inform us of any food allergies or restrictions in advance. At Atelier Koinu, we believe that cooking lessons are most effective by using a hands on approach. Ms Aki Watanabe graduated from one of Japan’s Universities and furthered her studies in obtaining a professional culinary license with a professional culinary college. In Japan, she worked in a French restaurant and a pastry shop as a pastry chef.
