We've been experimenting with growing baby greens in large flats in the greenhouse to extend the growing season and to bring you more variety through the winter months. We've been having good success with mustards, lettuces, and cilantro - so keep an eye out for these as the Davidson market drops to once every 2 weeks to accommodate the struggles of growing year round. This hot weather has caused a fair amount of our lettuce to bolt - meaning it's in panic mode, trying to flower and reproduce before it calls it quits.
