Kettlebells - min väg till funktionell styrka. Cirkelträning och muscle ups i ringar. Idag bestämde jag mig för att fortsätta öva på muscle ups i ringarna. Jag inledde med rephoppning 5 minuter. 10 muscle ups i ringarna. När jag kom upp så gjorde jag 6 dips i ringarna varje gång innan jag hoppade ner. Efter varje muscle upp 5 explosiva swings med 32 kg kettlebell. Därefter körde jag en effektiv cirkelträning bestående av två grundövningar. Swings och pullups. Den ser ut som följer:. 2 swing, 2 pullups.

Kettlebells - min väg till funktionell styrka. Löpning 10 000 meter på 46 min. Årets första löppass. Idag fick jag ett infall att testa av min fysiska status vad gäller kondition. Jag kände mig pigg trots att jag körde ett hyfsat gediget pass igår. Jag brukar testa av mig genom att springa milen. Jag tränar aldrig löpning annars utan tränar enbart med kettlebells.
