Wonderland Kitchen: February 2012
http://alexswonderlandkitchen.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Do you have something that looks like this? This meat mallet/tenderizer is my new favorite thing. I've used it plenty of times before, but I've recently discovered the difference it makes with chicken. If you use the flat side to pound the absolute hell out of a chicken breast before cooking it (whether baking, pan searing, whatever) it makes it SO TENDER AND SOFT. Saturday, February 4, 2012. Monday, May 16, 2011. Restaurant Review: N9NE Steakhouse. I started with the Love Potion No. 9 martini: Orange Juice, Absolut, and Alize. Mmmm! The lovely waitress brought us a sorbet sampler to celebrate my graduation, and though I'm still not completely sure what the flavors were (We're thinking coconut, passionfruit, and mango). They were all really good! What we thought was the passionfruit was really tangy, almost similar to orange juice in a way, and was my favorite! Check out the menu/pricing here.
