Alger Family News: Family Connections
http://algerfamily.blogspot.com/2008/10/family-connections_04.html
Descendents of James and Harriet Alger. Saturday, October 4, 2008. Since our 2008 reunion, I have received numerous emails from Alger descendents. This is a young man named James Stokes, his wife Katie and their two children from Wisconsin. James is the great grandson of Zella Alger. James Alvin Alger's younger sister, Zella was born in 1903. James Alvin would have been 14 years old at the time of her birth. I know Matthew Alger, our historian will be really intrigued! Posted by Denise Alger Gallagher.

Descendents of James and Harriet Alger. Saturday, October 4, 2008. Rick Dawson (son of David Dawson, grandson of Barbara Jose Alger) is the young man preparing the meat for the 2008 barbeque. Along with Joe Parmeter (his brother in law and Curtis Manning) these young men prepared a barbeque to be proud of. Thank you for all your hard work. Michele Parmeter named the photo immediately after it was published. I'm not sure that counts! Michele played a big part in helping with the barbeque also.

Monday, June 23, 2008. Most people are out of school for the summer, taking time to go on vacations, and heading for the swimming pool. Well I am busy this summer working 2 jobs, (the hospital and Lagoon) but I have had some time to play. I have hung out with friends and family and I saw 2 movies this weekend. Nim's Island and Get Smart! They were both really good movies. There is a fun game to play for Nim's Island called Seaside Shuffle. It's addicting. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, December 3, 2007. I had so much fun for Thanksgiving. I went with my parents, Michael, Laurie, Tom and little Liam to Sante Fe , NM to visit my aunt and uncle who live there. We had lots of turkey (they made 2) They cooked one of the turkeys on the barbeque and then some beef in a pit in their backyard! Then at one point Laurie and I drove to the yellow jeep they have around there property late at night and ran out of gas, so we had to walk back to their house in the dark. Links to this post.
