Going to Med School. Personal Statement and Essay Reading Service. End of the Road. October 14th, 2014 Published in Life. Damaged Jetty by Michael Coghlan. All in all quitting the postbac was unpleasant. So I couldn’t even tell anyone for what felt like forever and then I eventually broke down and let the cat out of the bag. Then I stewed in misery for a few days and cried about it. But I got over it. Especially since I had a cute baby to hug and take care of all the time. 6) keep your eyes on the prize!

Christle & Gold: Pre Med Resources | Volume Two
http://christleclear.blogspot.com/2014/09/pre-med-resources-volume-two.html
Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Pre Med Resources Volume Two. Here's an updated list of my favorite pre-med places on the web! Armando's handwriting tutorials are the best videos online for biology. He covers the major body systems, basic biochemistry and some pharmacology. Great for first year bio classes or a quick refresher for upper level students. You won't find much depth, but their graphics make me happy. A Little Bit of Lacquer:. Looking at her baby girl, Liv! Sarah is a second year medical studen...

That week between Christmas and New Year – Retro•pulser

Concussion. Been there. Done that. Twice. January 2, 2017. That week between Christmas and New Year. Tonka’s pretty sure that the cat bed was a present to him. Met up with a dear friend for brunch and posed in front of an antique fire truck we found nearby. Somebody’s getting an early introduction into the history of the Corvette. We’ve had some beautifully crisp and clear mornings. Andy and I went on a brother/sister date to Purrington’s – a cat lounge in Portland. Played a game of Colt Express. Charmin...

Finally Fall – Retro•pulser
http://www.retropulser.com/2016/11/12/finally-fall
Concussion. Been there. Done that. Twice. November 12, 2016. Fall has been teasing us in the Northwest. It has been so warm. In fact, this week we had record highs. I’m so thankful to be well enough to enjoy it! Getting up early has its perks! This was taken right after sunrise. I’m enjoying seeing the sun rise and thankful that daylight savings is finally over so that I’m driving to school in the daylight. Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window). Concussion. Been there. Done that. Twice. December 18, 2016. I took this late Friday night. I love it when the garage windows get cold enough and Jack Frost visits. This morning the snow had hoarfrost. Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window). Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window). Click to email this to a friend (Opens in new window). Concussion. Been there. Done that. Twice. July 21, 2016. I’ve been on a suateed-vegetables-with-eggs kick lately. I’m mostly alternating between kale and beet greens. So hipster of me. In the trenches – Retro•pulser

Concussion. Been there. Done that. Twice. December 27, 2016. I’ve been quiet on this space thanks to a hydrops flareup last week. The past week has involved lots of pillows to help prop my head up at a comfortable angle and has meant that my computer time has been precious. Things are better than last week, but it’s been slow progress. Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window). Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window).
