http://hooleytime.blogspot.com/2011/12/my-aunt-marshas-mints.html
Monday, December 26, 2011. My Aunt Marsha's Mints! This is for one pan of mints - depending upon how you cut them - it could be A LOT! I got all of the ingredients at Wal-Mart. I would recommend regular food coloring, the gel paste gave the middle layer a funny neon green color . Large Sheet Pan (10" x 15½" x 1"/25). 1 Bag of White Candy Melts. 2 Bags of Chocolate Candy Melts. Place contents of one of the chocolate bags into small microwave bowl. Microwave for three 30 second intervals. . I found that th...

Life so far: Change and Progress
http://shoebabe.blogspot.com/2012/09/change-and-progress.html
Maybe some women aren't meant to be tamed. Maybe they are to run free til they find someone just as wild to run with. September 30, 2012. We all meet someone in this life that will say "I am how I am and will always be this way so you'll just have to deal with that". If we aren't opened to change how can we progress? This life is seen as a test for each of us, are we simply going through it in a daze and waiting for time to hurry and pass or are we ceasing the day? What is my job in this life?

HOOLEY TIME: Summer Vacation 2011
http://hooleytime.blogspot.com/2011/07/summer-vacation-2011.html
Monday, July 4, 2011. We decided to take a short summer vacation the week after school got out and before our little guy arrives. On our way to South Dakota we made some fun stops. Our first stop was Martin's Cove. It is so full of history! Our girls loved learning about the Pioneers. Ce'Nedra especially had a great experience pulling a handcart around. Our next stop was Devil's Tower! We then made an unplanned, but very fun side trip to Deadwood, South Dakota. We stayed at a Hillside Cottage park in the...

Of course, as I've said before, "I'll always be a Wyoming girl! So I'm in my element. The girls are hardly home since they have friends up and down the road and with their elementary school just down the block, they have many reasons to roam about the neighborhood. A lot has happened since we moved, so I'll try to update with pictures! There is a great Splash Pa...

Monday, December 15, 2008. I took the easy activity for Family Home Evening. The Gingerbread House kit from Wal-Mart was a hit! The girls had a lot of fun decortating AND eating the candy. It turned out that it was something the girls were REALLY excited about doing and even did well taking turns! Daddy is a pro at making the icicles too! Added the next day* I'm grateful I took some pictures since our little stinker dog Smokey decided to eat the snowman and gingerbread man that the girls decorated! Get y...

Saturday, November 1, 2008. Once again my mother-in-law, Carol, planned an evening full of fun Halloween activities for our little family party. The evening started out with everyone sitting around the fire pit while the kids roasted (attempted to and then handed them over to Mom and Dad) their hot dogs. We also had a choice of chili in pumpkin shaped bread bowls (I forgot to take a picture! Labels: Halloween Family Party. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Green River, Wyoming, United States.
