A Caregiver's Blog. November 26, 2012. From Allons-y to Au Revoir. A little over a month ago I unexpectedly had to put Ma Mére on Hospice. I will go into more detail about that experience in the future, but right now I want to give an overview, give you an understanding, of where my journey has taken me. I put Ma Mére on Hospice on the morning of October 10. On October 18 at 3:38pm she died. Her assured response, Yes, I do. And his last question, Are you ready? October 1, 2012. Sunday morning's sermon at the church I attend and intern with focused on John 2:1-11 where Jesus turns water to wine at the wedding in Cana.
