She celebrated her first Christmas and got so many clothes and her first rocking horse! Papa Bill cannot wait to get her a real pony; but that is going to be a few years so instead she has this to hold her over! She is now starting to make little sounds (instead of just crying) and she is smiling a little bit; we are working on a really big one, but have not seen it yet! Such a strong girl).

Last week she went to the doctors and had her first shots (not a good day for her); she weighs 12lbs 2 oz (90 th. And 24 inches long (97 th. Percentile) such a big girl. She can lift her head really good now when she is on her belly and loves to stand (with a little help). Her favorite place in the world is her changing table, that's.

But she was way more interested in the wrapping:-) She also got to wear her beautiful Easter dress and go to her daddy's game with her Grandma Jayne, Aunt Nicole and Uncle Kyle; who all came to visit for Easter. Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Posted by Lisa Carson. I had such a wonderful Mother's Day with my little girl. Mackenzie got Mama some really great things and we had Grandma Jayne and Great Grandma Marcia here for the weekend. Moments from our fun life. Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Presenting the Past Month. Claire is incredibly active. She is all over the place all of the time. She is a little explorer. She has sprouted two bottom teeth and it looks even cuter than I had imagined. Climbing over travel bags is easy work for her! Her feet really do stink sometimes. hard to imagine! Pulling up like a pro. We moved to Charlotte. We decided we would pack her up and bring her with us. First time standing in her crib.

Moments from our fun life. Saturday, August 21, 2010. The Past Two Months. We were in Pawley's Island for her actual birthday. We went with my Mom's side of the family. We all had such a wodnerful time. She LOVED the beach and all of the attention, of course! She really is this happy most of the time! At home on the fourth of July watching the Nathan's hot dog eating contest for the second year in a row. Playing in the rain at Jon's 10 year high school reunion. She did so well and had a great time.

Moments from our fun life. Saturday, October 9, 2010. We retired the diaper bag and replaced it with this cute owl backpack. Can't you tell she loves it, ha ha. Claire had fun fixing Grandy's hair. Surfing on a container lid. Playing at the park. She is so good at going down slides! In the tunnel with Daddy. Climbing up to the BIG slide. She can't go down this one alone.
