Almadevi da sus primeros pasos en el año 2007 con la adquisición de tierras seleccionadas por su situación y características de suelo. Una vez realizada la plantación de cepas chardonnay y transcurridos unos años de conformación, dieron como resultado el primer vino, Almadeví 2009 y en años posteriores nuestro Ánima Blanca.
