Finally rewarded myself a new toy, the Moleskine that's not Cahier and thought it'd be fun to try out watercolor in my sketches. Some sketches from beautiful countryside in Serbia, mostly Tabanovic. Finally managed to sketch outside a bit - while waiting for my brother to get his haircut and the other time, waiting for my mom to be done with her meeting. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Mostly Draws. Adventures! New Things, Tea, Fruit, room-temperature Water . View my complete profile.

A Thread Cut with a Carving Knife: September 2009
http://caesia.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
A Thread Cut with a Carving Knife. Crafting, cooking, culture, and other things I find worthy of my scattered attention. Wednesday, September 9, 2009. It doesn't ask. It just walks in where it left you last, and you never know when it starts until there's fog inside the glass around your summer heart. I plan on sewing lots more stuff and making many Autumn-themed things, specifically cupcakes and purses. As you can see to your right, I've started adding stuff to my Etsy, but now that school has start...

The Blog of Robert Showalter: January 2012
http://robshow.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 23, 2012. I took a two photography classes while I was at Ringling and I must say they had quite the impact on me. A majority of the lighting knowledge that I use at work I owe to getting away from the computer and going hands on with a camera (and maybe some strobe lights too). I took some pictures that I'm pretty happy with as well, however, for whatever reason, they slipped through the cracks of this blog. So I decided to dig into the archives and share some of my old assignments.
