We were looking at metamorphic rocks and had to take stike and dip (like we have been doing) as well as trend and plunge of the rocks. This shows how the rock was squeezed and stretched during metamorphism. We saw many dikes and basaltic intrutions and we even saw PILLOW BASALTS! They were so cool looking! Jimmy’s Angels (my groups oil company) ended up drilling in the correct spot, we were right within the sandstone we needed to be in and we were projected to get over $184 million from our well and 2.5 barrels total! Wednesday, August 7, 2013. Harrison got to ride his firetruck in the neighborhood 4th of July Parade! And won a prize for the coolest dude on 4 wheels =). Harrison and Hudson got a great show of fireworks that ended with mommy nursing in public and harrison with ants in his pants.fun times. We met the Trotti family at Grapevine Mills Outlet mall for a day of shopping.it was great to visit but we learned online shopping is definitely the way to go!
