Puppy Lovin' Reflections: First of many...
http://mrsbumblebee.blogspot.com/2012/01/first-of-many.html
Thursday, January 26, 2012. So I knew that I really wanted to continue to go to Disneyland on NYE. It would be what my dad would have wanted. To continue to hold that tradition for 12 years and keep it strong. However I knew how hard it would be for me to enter those gates without my partner-in-crime by my side. As were the mouse-ears! I am so glad she offered to come! I'm so grateful for these people. They'll never know how much they mean to me. And they were pros at spending a day at Disneyland...When ...

Undomestic Goddess: October 2007
http://lilcee8.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
The life and times of a wife who hates housework. Wednesday, October 31, 2007. Warning: Sad post ahead*. I knew something was wrong so we dragged her to the hospital. There I stayed w/ her from checking in to x-rays. Since I was the only one who could translate the best, I stayed w/ her till they checked her into a room. She had fractured her pelvis in three areas and will require surgery. I didn't get home till 1 am completely exhausted. Who's going to take care of them? Links to this post. Sorry if I'v...

Confessions of the Pink Obsessed: November 2010
http://obsessedwithpink.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Confessions of the Pink Obsessed. Tuesday, November 9, 2010. It's a baby shower for Blondie! After a yummy dinner from Sporty's mom, we got down to business putting together the favors and tissue poms. Oh, the tissue poms. Yes, they're adorable and in the end, I'm so happy we used them, but oh my. They took for-ev-er to assemble. We we're punchy by the end and it looked like the kitchen table had exploded with tissue paper balls. Heh. Hard at work in the kitchen! Thursday, November 4, 2010. Love that the...

Confessions of the Pink Obsessed: The nursery
http://obsessedwithpink.blogspot.com/2011/09/nursery.html
Confessions of the Pink Obsessed. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Waaay back when we first told our parents that I was pregnant, my mom and I were chatting and she mentioned that I should sew stuff for the baby's room. I immediately shut her down, saying that just sounded like a ridiculous amount of work for something that I could easily buy, etc. I mean, we all know how this ends, right? So that I wouldn't have to tackle sewing drapes or crib sheets. I also knew I didn't want a traditional bumper due...

Puppy Lovin' Reflections: When I get old...
http://mrsbumblebee.blogspot.com/2012/01/when-i-get-old.html
Wednesday, January 25, 2012. When I get old. For my whole life, same as most of you, it was always a matter of "When I get older." I assumed "When I get older, I'll have a car/go to parties/have no curfew". Then it started to change "When I get older, I'll have a house/husband/dogs of my own". Did I appreciate them less? But, I still didn't think that if I ever lived.it might be without one of my parents. I foolishly pictured my future being with them.maybe not picture perfect but I assumed t...

Puppy Lovin' Reflections: Hurt
http://mrsbumblebee.blogspot.com/2012/01/hurt.html
Wednesday, January 18, 2012. I've lost several people who have been close to me throughout the years. I've always been very strong to get through those difficult times as my heart hurts. However, with my dad passing.the hurt is different. It's unbearable and suffocating. I also tend to make drastic decisions when I am hurting. Like I'll go hack 6 inches of hair off. However this time.I took it to a whole new level. I just miss him. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). When I get old. The World Seems Normal.

Puppy Lovin' Reflections: November 2010
http://mrsbumblebee.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 8, 2010. I'm ready for my close up. Mr Bumblebee and I don't believe that you have to have children to have an annual photo session for holiday cards. We love to have nice photographs of us, esp. while we are young and decent looking :). So when we agreed to have photos done, it didn't take us a second to decide on Serena of Serena Grace Photography. We've worked with her before and I consider her one of the most talent photographers I know of. Links to this post. Im ready for my close up.

Puppy Lovin' Reflections: Dear Dad
http://mrsbumblebee.blogspot.com/2012/01/dear-dad.html
Wednesday, January 11, 2012. Today you had your normal routine procedure for the removal of your stint in your gall bladder. I talked to you on the phone for a second and then you got off because you were feeling nocuous. About two hours later I received a phone call from B(sister) asking what happened to you, I didn’t know so I text mom to find out you were back at the hospital throwing up and in pain. Nov 16, 2011 – Nov. 23, 2011. I was out to dinner on Nov. 23, 2011 with my besties, they were tryi...
