About - Alzheimer's Prevention
Prevention is vital since there is no known treatment and the dementia progresses slowly over 20 to 30 years before symptoms occur. Prevention offers ways to delay and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s Disease. Prevention initiatives should begin between 40 and 50 years of age, or younger, in order to stop or delay this silent killer.
