We provide continuing education and services for caregivers touched by Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementias. Our mission is to provide support services for caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. We offer respite services for caregivers of persons with a debilitating disease. Hand in Hand, Caregivers united hand in hand throughout the journey. Future Services: Respite Grant Programs.
