Collins Jr. was a prominent banker and her mother, Mary Jane (MJ), was a housewife and artist and later became a travel agent. Cindy’s parents enjoyed 53 loving years of marriage before her father passed away, leaving her mother acclimating to the early stages of Alzheimer’s.
