Sunday, December 09, 2007. Here is a picture of two small children riding a Wooly Mammoth. Yesterday I had my very first experience with holiday baking. My friend Linda and I got together and made fudge, rocky road, lemon bars, chocolate dipped coconut balls, and rice krispie treats. I must say, in all humility, that I have discovered that I am an excellent baker! There is dessert outside of a cake mix. And you know what else I discovered? Baking makes you feel really good about yourself!
