Saturday, June 22, 2013. Oh, Swizzle Stix! I did not mean to neglect my nails and blog this much! Animal Crossing has seriously taken over my life. I love that game! I still haven't been able to do any nail art. Inspiration, come to me! This is two coats of Swizzle Stix with NYC Grand Central Station acting as a top coat. Looks pretty good considering I've been wearing it for four days! This is my favorite Barielle polish (so far)! My Valentine's Day nails. And Tulips for Amanda's Mom. 3DS XL bundle....

Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Unicorn by Sinful Colors is my most favorite yellow polish ever. I wanted to do some colorful nail art with Unicorn as a base. This is three coats of Unicorn with Swizzle Stix by Barielle and Uptown by NYC. I used my wave scissors that I've used before. To make the waves. The polish obviously seeped under the tape a bit, boo. It's a little messy but I like it. April 9, 2013 at 2:00 PM. Ive just posted my newest mani and am so ashamed of it after seeing yours! It made me crave candy.

Thursday, February 14, 2013. This is a rather unusual Valentine's manicure but I saw a bedroom set that inspired me. It DOES say "Love" so it kind of counts! There's a heart hiding my injury. This was all freehanded using Snow Me White by Sinful Colors, Big Apple Red Creme by NYC, Wild Thing by Pure Ice, and Swizzle Stix by Barielle. I used a little brush to do stripes and a dotting tool for the dots. Topped with Seche Vite. I didn't have a blue that pale so I went with my palest. Oh well! Orly Hawaiian ...

Sunday, June 9, 2013. Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Wow I spent the whole day running around trying to find a store with the special edition Animal Crossing: New Leaf. 3DS XL bundle. I did some nail art to match it! Here's my nails with my 3DS :). The polishes used are White on White (China Glaze), High Line Green (NYC), Daisy (LA Colors), Big Apple Red Creme (NYC), Pelican Gray (China Glaze). I did it all with a dotting tool and some toothpicks. I'm off to play my new game now! June 10, 2013 at 7:03 AM.

By Lex Cosmetics, I went with the tulip theme option. I started with a gradient using Swizzle Stix by Barielle, Snow Me White by Sinful Colors and High Line Green by NYC. Sunday, May 5, 2013. JulieG Frosted Gumdrops Round Up. Now that I've swatched all the JulieG Frosted Gumdrops polishes, I thought I'd share my thoughts about the whole collection. It was my first experience with textured polishes and I think it went well. I wasn't terribly turned off or anything. I don't know if it's just my imagination but my hands felt very dry while wearing these. It's probably psychological though! Removing them was much easier than I thought it would be so that's a plus.
