Hopefully by the end of September I'll be moved in and settled with my fiance a couple blocks north of where I live now. We've put in an offer for a perfect townhouse and they accepted. After college, when money was really scarce, I started running for exercise because it was free. I could run around the neighborhood, get a good workout and not pay a dime.
