A Cycle Journey To The Source. Friday, 14 September 2012. I thought it was a bit optimistic to intend to run a marathon on two months training. I am not as young as I used to be.(perhaps younger! I remember training for a ultra marathon when I was at Cape Town University - the Two Oceans Marathon, a really beautiful run - on two months training, and managed a sub 4 hours for the 56km! But that was a long time ago! When you run, you're free; no boss bothers you! Links to this post.
