Wednesday, July 11, 2012. I got the Cleanse Day Blues. Boo Be Doop. 2nd cleanse of my 30 day session. Boooooo! Headache today, not fun. Probably the detox from the weekend. Monday, July 16, 2012. So days 18-22, it kinda feels like my body is slowing down, getting used to this. Not exactly what I need right now.
