Andrew, Denisse and I flew up to Tromsø first and had an afternoon slash evening of dog sledding and aurora viewing. View on the plane ride up. Went to the Polaria…an aquarium for arctic animals. I figured I’d let you follow my Norwegian adventures this way. No need for ice cubes in Norway. Top of the Tetons. As I’m back in America I get to take Wild West American holidays. This includes a backpacking trip over the past long weekend. I flew up to Denver to meet Beth and her roommate Courtney and we road tripped to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming. After obtaining the backcountry permits we required, the first day we did a side trip up the road to Yellowstone. Got to see two national parks in one trip! Then we rolled back to the Tetons for the rest of the weekend.

It's Good to Be King! Monday, July 25, 2011. This is my Guilty Pleasure. It is a source of pain when it happens, but is HILARIOUS (to me) to see it in a picture! So cheer up: I am sharing today! This one is my Dad, he claims that he is "cutting" real hard . yeah right! This isn't a wipe out, but it is funny - Garrett is skiing into the dock and if you look closely you can see my Dad freaking out while everyone else is giggling! MAJOR pain when you wipe out - I was done for the weekend after this fall!

But for Christmas I got 4 different candles - I didn't know what to do with them. So, I started burning them. I have LOVED coming home and lighting a candle. Not just when there are people over,.
