Thanksgiving week. A Monday. I am told discharge day is the following Wednesday. Only 2 nights for open heart surgery. Sounds good to me. Let’s see if Hank sticks to the plan. Heart Tales: June 2015
http://lizzylyn.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 29, 2015. We spent a bit of the evening playing in the backyard with my parent’s new puppy Hoot. It is sure fun having a new puppy around. Bert is just getting used to it and we are loving it! Feisty little guy, and check out those sharp teeth! He actually wanted his picture taken! Always checking out his hair, this time in my camera lens (Mary, this one’s for you)! Some of the stuff we have been up to. It’s been so hot, so we have been spending lots of time outside and at the pool....

Heart Tales: May 2014
http://lizzylyn.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 17, 2014. Last week Drew and I went out looking for cool stuff for our fairies. My mom reminded me that fairies liked stuff they could find and that they are woodland creatures so we tried to stay as “foresty” as possible. Grandma helped plant the plants and get them in order and then we decorated it. So much fun. Drew has been having fun collecting rocks, pinecones, and sticks and rearranging the garden. It may have to be a yearly tradition. Wednesday, May 14, 2014. For all my friends.

February 3, 2011. I’ve been dreaming of these fresh bites of deliciousness ever since my husband and I attended a work dinner party a few weeks ago and these were part of the appetizer spread. Sweet Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin {Slow Cooker}
http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2011/09/sweet-balsamic-glazed-pork-loin-slow-cooker.html
Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. Sweet Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin {Slow Cooker}. September 23, 2011. I’ve had this glorious pork loin recipe bookmarked via Pinterest. For a long while. It’s all over the Pinterest realm. Pinned and pinned and pinned again. Could something that has been pinned at least a hundred million times live up to the hype? Um, yes. This pork loin certainly did just that. But the juicy, succulent pork is elevated beyond words when drizzled with the thick and sweet balsamic glaze.

Heart Tales: December 2014

Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Merry Christmas from the Williams. Friday, December 12, 2014. Our annual visit to SC at the Budge Clinic Christmas Party. The anticipation. Drew said he was afraid to talk to Santa because he worried Santa would tell him that he was getting coal for christmas. Poor Hank. So worried. As Drew would, he talked his ear off. He told Santa he wanted a marble toy this year. Quite pleased with the results. Hank struggled, so did Santa. Hank didn’t want one finger on him.
