Now that Andrew is in Kindergarten, he is considered "school age," and requires a new eligibility diagnosis in order to continue to receive services. Currently Andrew receives speech, physical and occupational therapies at Pierremont. Andrew spends an hour Tuesday and Thursday mornings working with his therapists at Pierremont before starting his day at CPOP. The Bruemers are here!

Life, Marriage and Motherhood. Thursday, October 11, 2012. A life cut short- and in so many ways. My Aunt Marsha passed away last night at the young age of 59. She was my Mother's one and only sibling. After that, she lived in various nursing homes throughout Missouri where she could be best taken care of. She was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago and last night she took her last breath. I will be traveling to the services to honor her life. And sadly, I know I will sit there, wishing she had gotten ...

This morning Andrew had Grandparents' Day at school while Nathan had his Halloween party :) Both boys were excited for all of the festivities and then to finally get to trick or treat tonight! It's called prioritizing, folks. When you don't have extra time, you make the best of whatcha got. No way in hell is that happening! I am a multitasking hot mess.
