Life lately in pictures. Seriously the easiest/most impressive pastry recipe ever. Every Thursday we have dinner with G&G and its become quite a fun tradition. We usually eat something soft (for G&G's teeth) this time around being buta (pork) tofu. The kids have their seats at the table and Camden always holds hands with Grandpa when we pray. so cute. Thankful for house full of a lot of love. Cam and Len are at a fun age now where they can climb all over the slides, stairs, and also enjoy the swings.

Lenya noodle and I at the CCSB luau! How cute is she. The best word to describe the end of August/beginning of September is BUSY. But busy in the best way possible! Here are a few reasons why:. My dearest friends Anneke and Natty sue will be in town labor day weekend - hallelujah! Anneke is coming from Chicago to help her sister move into college and Natty is driving down from Napa to hang out with everyone, especially our friend Courtney who just got back from a year in India! Four years ago (May 27th) I was wearing a pretty purple dress, worrying if the curls would stay in my hair, and standing at an amazing venue in Montecito, CA for my dear friend Cat's wedding! I remember the day vividly, not only because of the incredible Wedding celebration but also because that same day I received word that my first nephew, little Hunter Minh, had come into the world! Today at church the international childrens choir His Little Feet. Led us in worship. These kids were from Ethiopia, India, and Haiti.wearing their traditional cultural clothes and singing their hearts out to the King. All I kept thinking while listening to them sing was. This is the Father's heart. Never once did we ever walk alone. What a gracious Father we have! Camden "Camburger" - turns 1 on Sunday! Lenya "Noodle" - turned 1 December 15th. Hunter "Minyah" - 3.5.4 in May! I call that : a good weekend!

Monday, October 31, 2011. Today my friend Sarah, and I ventured out to the Melrose Trading Post. It was absolutely wonderful. It's basically this HUGE flea market full of hidden treasures: antiques, trendy clothes, lovely jewelry. You name it, they've got it. Hundreds of vendors pack into Fairfax High School and set up shop. Sarah and I spent a few hours just walking around and looking at everything. This might be my favorite place I've seen in L.A. so far. I LOVE it. The Christian child's book" hmmmm.
