Eating enough protein daily to support excercise. Keep track of progress in journal. Really utilizing the "moderation" concept. 3 Get rid of the internet.

A (not so) Simple Path. Thursday, January 24, 2008. Many a hair-brained idea is bore in the plentiful Starbucks that line every major city street and corner in this great country we inhabit. Who could count the crazy amounts of psycho babble and intellectual dribble that makes its way into the thick espresso air between all the hippies, indie kids, techy. Dorks, or even that one older dude that needs a change of clothes and looks completely out of place? Schemes. Let me lay the groundwork if I may:.

A Mountain Bride

Sunday, August 17, 2014. We replaced our wedding rings. Technically, we replaced our wedding rings. My wedding/engagement ring was a 14K white gold eternity band (and I love love loved it!
