Sunday, June 28, 2015. One night as we were taking a walk, I decided the stars were aligned and the weather/lighting/attitudes were just right for an impromptu photo shoot in the field. Because I didn't want to waste time choosing an outfit and risk missing the moment, I decided that being being shirtless with tousled hair and markered arms is just the way a 3-year-old should look in photos anyway :). Monday, May 18, 2015. I promise I haven't given up taking weekly photos of the boys, I have just failed to upload them here. We've been enjoying spring to the fullest, playing outside ALL the time -rain or shine- and all the excitement has made this mama pretty wiped by the end of the day and not very motivated to open up my computer. Wednesday, July 22, 2015. The most diligent little berry picker there ever was. We've been enjoying everything summer has to offer and both A and C have grown light years in these last 2 months. They are hilarious, obnoxious, sweet and salty and are just plain fun to hang out with. Cullen (and his sweet little scowl that he hasn't grown out of) is beginning to dodge my camera a bit while Avery hams it up and asks me to take his photo more than ever. All-American boy. With a scowl. He was awfully cute.

Saturday, July 26, 2014. A portrait of my Avery, once a week, every week, in 2014. Avery received this little bobcat for his birthday and it has become a favorite of my tractor-loving boy. The bucket goes up and down and hauls rocks, dirt, grass, pigs, cows and whatever else his imagination comes up with from day to day. He's all boy, the sweetest one I've ever known.
