Tuesday, August 10, 2010. So, it's been a while since I've posted anything and I figured I might as well throw something up here. I have been lazy in terms of tracking what I've lifted. I haven't updated my spreadsheet in a few weeks.I have everything written down, but I've been busy doing shit for school, it will be up soon though. I guess I'll throw out some stats:. I found a gym which is a four minute walk from my apartment so I've decided to start the blog up again. I am currently down to 159 lbs, so I decided that the next three months will be my journey to a full six pack.
