No, I’ve not been doing tai chi for six years. It was six years ago yesterday that I began blogging on WordPress. The archives go back to 2002. Though, because I imported my journal archive from LiveJournal. I would have done DiaryLand too, but that archive had been archived, and then deleted, by the time I started here. I'm availa...

http://curioustulip.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html

Thursday, January 8, 2015. Following recipes. A resolution. Here's what I did (and what not to do):. 1 lb boneless chuck cubed. 1 T butter (I used EarthBalance due to my dairy allergy). 3 large carrots, evenly chopped. 10 small fingerling potatoes, cut in half. 2 medium onions, quartered. 3 large celery stalks, chopped. 1 1/3 c. Beef broth. 1 1/3 c stout (I grabbed a large bottle of Guinness). 2 pieces of old bread. With drop biscuits and some broccolini on the side, we survived! View my complete profile.

Curious Tulips: Granola round 2

http://curioustulip.blogspot.com/2015/04/granola-round-2.html

Monday, April 6, 2015. Didn't use a recipe this time for granola, except to check oven time and temperature. I went through about 4-5 cups of granola in two weeks, the last 1-2 cups went to C so he could enjoy some too. Oven: 300 for about 35 minutes, stirring every 10 or so. 45 cups of oats. 1/2 c vegetable oil. 1/2 c honey (combination of conventional and my souvenir Scottish honey). 1/2 c sliced almonds. Dash of ground nutmeg. Dash of ground cloves. Might try with coconut oil next time. 30 pics 30 days.

Yesterday, my husband and I were shopping in the mall. He went to a gadget store. I went and sat down and caught up on my Twitter. I reply to Tweets. I would ...

The caffeinated philosophical rantings of a mystic who maybe thinks too much. December 15, 2016. Magic for a cause: when a single vs an ongoing ritual is best. There have been, in my experience, three different forms of magic:. The kind where you need to perform a single ritual, let it go, and the results come. The kind where you need to perform a ritual more than once over a specified period of time, then let it go…and the results come. Or is this for a particular need-of-the-moment? September 30, 2016.
