Recipe: (adapted from Bon Appetit. 2 cups old fashioned oats. 3/4 cup sliced almonds. 1/4 cup coconut oil (plus more). 3/4 cup chopped dried cranberry. 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut. 1/2 cup unsalted, shelled sunflower seeds. 2 tbsp toasted flax seeds. 1/2 cup light brown sugar. 1/2 cup white or dark chocolate chips (optional). Pre heat oven to 400º.
