It's Kate's Turn: "Don't Think, Just Do!"
http://itskatesturn.blogspot.com/2011/06/dont-think-just-do.html
Friday, June 24, 2011. Don't Think, Just Do! This motto is what’s gotten me through the past 3 months of training. It has seen me through miles 56-64 of the 100 mile ride when Bart was setting a blazing pace and it was all I could do to suck wheel. It has helped me survive yet another 100 all out sighting sprint in the pool. It has helped me focus on just the task at hand, be it swim another 25 meters, pedal or run another mile. I’ve done the distance twice already and know I can do it. The blog left off...

Is it still January? Relationships dont always work that way. And to quote or misquote one of many instagramm sayings. Dont let someone try to water you down because they cant take you full strength." or something like that :). But running in florida in warm and humid is a bit easier than running on ice and snow in MN so ...
